Thanks for stopping by.
I’m relatively new to sobriety. I told myself that once I hit 150 days I was going to start a blog to explore and share this journey every day or mostly everyday. I suppose it’s really more for myself at the moment but I have been inspired by so many other women who have shared their stories that I decided to make this public in the hopes that someone else might stumble (pun not intended) across these pages and be inspired.
In 2 days I will be 37 years old. I am married, this October will be our 7th Anniversary. We do not have any children yet and yes, you read the 37 part right. We live with our 6 year old mini dachshund, Baron von Longtorso, who has found his way into our hearts in spite of his imperfections and slightly insane behavior at times. Then again, who am I to judge?
Last year I lost my mind and opened up my own business. So if you have an entrepreneurial spirit that you are looking to cure, (just kidding!) there will be plenty about that too.
I should note that while I will share my BS (before sobriety) experiences and how I came to embrace sobriety here, this blog is about sober living and my day to day journey.
If you are sober curious and want to ask a question, please do not hesitate to ask in the comments or contact me. I will answer anything I can and hopefully point you in the right direction if I can’t. Please keep in mind that all of the information shared is purely from my own experiences. I am not a counselor or life coach by ANY stretch of the imagination but will always do my best to help where I can. If you are another sober sister or mister following along, please leave feel free to leave any thoughts or comments but please always remember to be nice.
